The HT Warehouse system (WMS) enables users to optimise the efficiency of their entire warehouse operation by creating a comprehensive, auditable record of stock, space and resources.
The WMS can be employed as a PC driven, paper based solution or as a wireless, bar code reading system, which is driven by warehouse operatives utilising hand-held devices.
For ease of use the WMS is split into 4 distinct areas Stock, Receipt, Pick & Invoice. These screens are supported by the stock mobile section, which can be operated from a PC or via a warehouse operative’s hand-held device.

The receipt screen controls all incoming goods enabling users to process containe and designate stock locations. The receipt process maintains a rigid protocol ensuring all goods are handled accordingly, location regulations are adhered to and that all RHD actions are documented.
Through the Stock Receipt screen users can:
Control all incoming Containers
Add General Notes or Receipt Notes and apply Additional charges where required
Generate and print stock receipt notes or upload receipts to warehouse operative’s hand held units.
Assign stock to locations within the warehouse
Generate Stock Receipt reports

The pick screen enables users to coordinate outgoing containers, maintain sequential stock control and Generate delivery paperwork.
Through the Stock Pick screen users can:
Generate Pick Lists
Add General Notes or Pick Notes and apply Additional charges where required
View Stock details and add Delivery details
Print out or Upload Pick Lists to handheld devices

The stock mobile screen enables users to work through tasks generated by the WMS. The Stock Mobile screen is accessable from a PC or a warehouse operative’s hand held unit and works on a simple to use ‘drill-down’ menu system that requires data to be scanned or typed into the system before tasks can be completed.
