HT Traffic is a complete traffic management application, which optimises the efficiency of each stage of the delivery & collection process enabling users to:

The system has a number of core features, which can be purchased or rented as a singular solution or as the nucleus of a wider-ranging total management system.
Core Components
Job Booking: The HT Traffic Solution simplifies the job booking process by automating many of the more labour intensive aspects of a traditional Traffic Management system.
There are three ways with which to process collection and delivery information into the system.

Load Planning & Consolidation:
The System's Diary based format organises incoming jobs by delivery or collection date.
Traffic Managers can then assign jobs to vehicles for delivery or consolidate multiple jobs into one load. This process is supported by the system's ability to assess the profitability of planned loads on request.
Resource Allocation:
Once created, loads can be assigned a delivery vehicle, trailer, driver, sub-contractor or alternatively pass them over to associated palletised distribution networks such as Palletline, Pallex, Palletways etc.
Performance & Financial Control:
Revenue Control: users can asses the viability of each planned load through the revenue screen.
Reporting: Using Crystal Reports the system offers a rich suite of financial & performance related reports. What's more, every job entered onto the System has a detailed auditable history.
Invoicing: The System will automatically calculate the cost of a job based on the rates and tariffs selected and any applicable surcharges assigned to the job. Jobs can be re-priced at any time during the delivery process.

The HT Traffic system incorporates Windows MapPoint™ to assist with collection, delivery and vehicle-use optimisation.
Document Management:
As jobs are processed the HT Traffic System generates and processes all associated paperwork. The system also manages incoming or returning paperwork using barcodes to automatically process system generated PODs or manifests during the scanning process.
Warehouse System:
