Signature Capture Module
Utilising Windows™ based hand-held technology HaulTech's signature capture system offers companies a more cost effective and efficient solution to traditional, paper based proof of delivery systems.
Delivery manifests are uploaded onto a driver’s hand-held unit detailing delivery addresses, goods to be delivered and consignee details.
As deliveries are carried out the driver collects electronic proof of delivery signatures adding any associated notes for damages etc.
Once the signature has been obtained the driver saves the job and then sends the signature back to the web application.
Users and their customers can then view delivery signatures, delivery details and GPS positioning data via a web browser.
