The diary is the hub of the System and all job related information is accessible from the diary pages.
The HT Traffic System's Diary is designed to have the all the functionality of a traditional Traffic Sheet while offering the user an extensive array of complementary features.
From the diary, users can book, schedule and complete jobs. The diary also facilitates the creation, consolidation and scheduling of loads.

Features:
The system offers two distinct delivery diaries as well as a collection diary and can display multiple Delivery Date pages. What's more, all three diaries can be independently configured to suit the specific requirements of the user.
Each Diary page is sub-divided to display the Job Diary and Traffic Schedule, enabling users to view all job related information and delivery schedule information simultaneously.
From the Diary Jobs can be grouped into loads and then assigned a vehicle, driver, trailer or sub-contractor.
Columns in the diary can be re-ordered or re-named to reflect the operating style and terminology employed in a particular Traffic Office.
Furthermore, the System offers an array of filter options to facilitate operatives in better organising jobs and loads by grouping table columns into logical groups and hiding superfluous information until required.
Filter Options:
Diary Pages
